ELO, an innovative new suspension light combining the distinctive textures of BROKISGLASS with elegant aluminium framing, comprises three articulated arches, the outer two of which can be locked in different attitudes.
The name ELO means ‘ring’ or ‘bond’, words that adeptly express the grand decorative potential and remarkable variability of the concept, a sculpturesque entity that can be modified and customized as the demands of the setting evolve. The primary material, BROKISGLASS, has been developed on the principles of upcycling, sustainability, and ecological manufacturing.
The glass is set in elegant metal frames crafted from aluminium, which ensures outstanding structural integrity while reducing the overall weight of the light. Illumination is provided by flexible LEDs that follow the curvature of the arches, underscoring the intrinsic aesthetic beauty of the BROKISGLASS and effecting a charming diffusion of light no matter what configuration the piece is installed in.
BROKIS’s lead-time is 10 weeks, from ordering to leaving the factory. Each piece of handblown glass lighting passes through the hands of more than 30 highly skilled craftsmen, whose expertise and dedication ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Filippo Mambretti was born in Como, Italy. He grew up in close contact with his grandparents, furniture and statue artisans who instilled in him a love for the culture and history of design.
Slight differences in colouration are inherent to the production of handblown glass, yet they must remain within tolerance.

BROKIS lights are available with a variety of mounting options. Surface mounting works in all situations. This also applies to suspended lights up to a roof slope of 30°. For mounting flat, pure and recessed lighting, a suspended ceiling or cavity wall must be available for flush mounting.
For almost all BROKIS lights, a solution can be found with a sideways inlet if the electrical outlet is not in the right place.
A standard length of cable is included in the price of Elo Double Small 1000; with an overall height of 53cm – 409.9cm.
An extra cable length up to 500cm is optional during the ordering process. Lengths over 500cm must be consulted and priced individually by BROKIS at EDC.
Delivery is £99 ex.VAT from the Czech Republic to the UK, and free delivery on a total goods value of £2,350 ex.VAT. International deliveries will need to be quoted before ordering – with customs duties handled by BROKIS.
As each BROKIS light is custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we provide a 5-day grace period from the date of purchase to amend or cancel your order before it enters production.
