The Orbis collection is based on an universal shape rendered in handblown glass that has been abruptly severed across the top to accommodate an elegant multiangular metal fixture. Rich in ambience yet enticingly minimalist, these atmospheric lights embody a sense of technicism.
A diffusor conceals an LED panel within Orbis 150 and softens the light as it radiates outwards from its source, while the multiangle serves to house a special connector engineered for easy installation and arrangement of grand lighting compositions.
Additional variability is provided by a choice of smoke glass, with the metal fixture finished in a powder coating that underscores the gloss of the transparent glass. These refined components come together to create an unmistakable interior charm well suited to large restaurant and hotel spaces as well as intimate private interiors.
BROKIS’s lead-time is 10 weeks, from ordering to leaving the factory. Each piece of handblown glass lighting passes through the hands of more than 30 highly skilled craftsmen, whose expertise and dedication ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
BROKIS art director Lucie Koldova is an acclaimed Czech product and furniture designer. Her creations, objects of desire, include glass sculptures, glass lighting, poetic gallery pieces, and limited series works. Breathtaking colours, unusual proportions, and vibrant formal contrasts move her work seemingly beyond the realm of the possible.
Slight differences in colouration are inherent to the production of handblown glass, yet they must remain within tolerance.

BROKIS lights are available with a variety of mounting options. Surface mounting works in all situations. This also applies to suspended lights up to a roof slope of 30°. For mounting flat, pure and recessed lighting, a suspended ceiling or cavity wall must be available for flush mounting.
For almost all BROKIS lights, a solution can be found with a sideways inlet if the electrical outlet is not in the right place.

TRIMLESS eliminates the need for a conventional ceiling canopy and simplifies installation in drywall ceilings. It gives ceiling installations a clean, minimalistic appearance and provides a new degree of variability in creating original lighting compositions.
A standard length of cord is included in the price of Orbis 150; with an overall height of 46.5cm – 246.5cm
An extra cable length up to 500cm is optional during the ordering process. Lengths over 500cm must be consulted and priced individually by BROKIS at EDC.
Delivery is £99 ex.VAT from the Czech Republic to the UK, and free delivery on a total goods value of £2,350 ex.VAT. International deliveries will need to be quoted before ordering – with customs duties handled by BROKIS.
As each BROKIS light is custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we provide a 5-day grace period from the date of purchase to amend or cancel your order before it enters production.
