Yes, it is possible to order only an upper or bottom glass part of the Balloons light. However, when ordering a new spare glass part, it is necessary to send a photo of the opposite glass part for glass matching.
The photo of the glass part should be taken without a metal reflector during the daylight and against a white background.
When ordering spare glass parts, BROKIS requires clear photos of the glass item to ensure the closest possible match for the shade of glass required.
You can request glass and finish samples, but you’d need to have a verified trade account.
