Consonant form
Double is based on a shape consisting of two elements made from two different materials – glass and lightweight aluminium. These materials depend on one another to generate a unique and consonant form.
The glass globe terminating in a metal ring provides a suggestive effect, with the handle on top alluding to the idea of transporting the light.
In the Double Table, the upper metal section seeks equilibrium in the scattered light and shadows as they pass through to the metal base and globe, the latter crafted from multiple layers of molten glass that are carefully scrutinized by the master glassmaker prior to blowing. The luminance of the LED light source is softened by a diffusor.
BROKIS’s lead-time is 10 weeks, from ordering to leaving the factory. Each piece of handblown glass lighting passes through the hands of more than 30 highly skilled craftsmen, whose expertise and dedication ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Slight differences in colouration are inherent to the production of handblown glass, yet they must remain within tolerance.

Tunable white is a unique concept that allows users to adjust the colour temperature and intensity of their lights. Whereas in standard lights the colour temperature must be specified upon ordering, with Tunable white it can be adjusted to suit any situation as needed, from warm white (1800K), which is ideal for relaxation or meetings, to cold white (6500K), which supports concentration and productivity.
Delivery is £99 ex.VAT from the Czech Republic to the UK, and free delivery on a total goods value of £2,350 ex.VAT. International deliveries will need to be quoted before ordering – with customs duties handled by BROKIS.
As each BROKIS light is custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we provide a 5-day grace period from the date of purchase to amend or cancel your order before it enters production.
