This year, BROKIS celebrates twenty years since its founding while also marking an important shift in its collaboration with designer Lucie Koldova, who, after thirteen years, is stepping down from her role as the brand’s art director.
The iconic Muffins lighting collection – a symbol of contemporary Czech glass design – celebrates its fifteenth anniversary this autumn. First unveiled in 2010, Muffins immediately captured attention and acclaim.
In this year’s Designblok, Art Director Lucie Koldova was presenting a personal installation titled BLEND, which brought together key moments from her creative career – including her very first collection for BROKIS, Muffins.

The Sfera collection, one of the mainstays of the BROKIS portfolio, has been expanded with new shapes and sizes. Sfera lights are designed to meet the needs of projects and the architects and other professionals behind them.
The battery-powered lights are not the only new products BROKIS is coming out with. The brand is also devoting considerable resources to the continued development and innovation of some its existing collections, such as the Puro collection.
