BROKIS lighting is covered by a warranty against material, construction, and manufacturing defects, including functional failure of LED components. To maintain coverage, lights must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the installation instructions and used as intended.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or damage caused by negligence. If a valid claim is approved, BROKIS will repair, replace, or refund the product. Thanks to BROKIS’s commitment to sustainable, precision manufacturing – independently verified through EPD and LCA certification – the warranty claims rate is just 0.9%, reflecting the exceptional quality built into every light.
