Designed by Brokis art director Lucie Koldová, this collection celebrates universal forms rendered in hand-blown Czech glass that has been abruptly severed across the top to accommodate elegant multiangular metal fixtures, creating striking visual contrast between organic glass volumes and precise architectural detailing.
The essence of Brokis Orbis lies in atmospheric minimalism balanced with technical sophistication. A concealed LED panel within each luminaire softens light as it radiates outward through the diffuser, creating gentle ambient illumination. The distinctive multi-angular fixture houses a special Click&Safe connector engineered by Brokis to facilitate easy installation and maintenance of grand lighting compositions, enabling architects and designers to create cohesive visual narratives across large-scale projects.
Additional variability enhances design flexibility: transparent glass in clear, smoke grey, light pink, amber, or light smoke brown paired with powder-coated metal finishes in matte black, matte grey-beige, matte pink, matte okra, or matte khaki. These refined components combine to create unmistakable interior charm. Available in 150mm, 300mm, and 500mm pendant configurations, Brokis Orbis suits large restaurant and hotel spaces as well as intimate private interiors requiring understated elegance with technical precision.
Brokis Geometric Contrasts with the Animate
BROKIS’s lead-time is 10 weeks, from ordering to leaving the factory. Each piece of handblown glass lighting passes through the hands of more than 30 highly skilled craftsmen, whose expertise and dedication ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
BROKIS art director Lucie Koldova is an acclaimed Czech product and furniture designer. Her creations, objects of desire, include glass sculptures, glass lighting, poetic gallery pieces, and limited series works. Breathtaking colours, unusual proportions, and vibrant formal contrasts move her work seemingly beyond the realm of the possible.
Slight differences in colouration are inherent to the production of handblown glass, yet they must remain within tolerance.

BROKIS lights are available with a variety of mounting options. Surface mounting works in all situations. This also applies to suspended lights up to a roof slope of 30°. For mounting flat, pure and recessed lighting, a suspended ceiling or cavity wall must be available for flush mounting.
For almost all BROKIS lights, a solution can be found with a sideways inlet if the electrical outlet is not in the right place.

Delivery is £99 ex.VAT from the Czech Republic to the UK, and free delivery on a total goods value of £2,350 ex.VAT. International deliveries will need to be quoted before ordering – with customs duties handled by BROKIS.
As each BROKIS light is custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we provide a 5-day grace period from the date of purchase to amend or cancel your order before it enters production.

BROKIS’s commitment to sustainable, precision manufacturing is independently verified through EPD and LCA certification. Quality control checks have lead to a failure rate of just 0.9%, reflecting the exceptional quality built into every light.
