Contrast with the animate
Geometric accentuates the aesthetic expression and structure of BROKISGLASS, which itself is remarkably distinctive. The collection is defined by basic geometric shapes that characterize the overall contours of the lights and instil them with a singular graphic element to achieve a striking contrast with the animate, almost sculptural makeup of the glass.
The Geometric Oval Full Bottom surpasses its primary function as a lighting fixture and opens the door to large-format blocks of light and other uncommon compositions. The suspension components make up the glass geometric shapes, with the edges rendered in black profiles. For even more expressive freedom and a truly bespoke lighting experience, clients can specify a different colour of glass in each of the two sections of a light.
In keeping with the brand’s ongoing development of new technologies at the highest levels of quality and innovation, the Geometric collection has received a technological upgrade, whereby the metal profile has been reworked in precision-milled dural with new glass inserts made of improved BROKISGLASS. The dural profile accentuates the lines of the light as a whole and its details, which now feature fewer connecting elements. The BROKISGLASS has been enhanced with an opal back layer that increases the diffusion of the light.
BROKIS’s lead-time is 10 weeks, from ordering to leaving the factory. Each piece of handblown glass lighting passes through the hands of more than 30 highly skilled craftsmen, whose expertise and dedication ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Boris Klimek is an award-winning Slovak product and interior designer based in Prague. His work seeks to create conceptual overlaps, games, and stories, and the resulting products are functional but also poetic, playful, and capable of awakening the imagination and stirring emotion.
Slight differences in colouration are inherent to the production of handblown glass, yet they must remain within tolerance.

BROKIS lights are available with a variety of mounting options. Surface mounting works in all situations. This also applies to suspended lights up to a roof slope of 30°. For mounting flat, pure and recessed lighting, a suspended ceiling or cavity wall must be available for flush mounting.
For almost all BROKIS lights, a solution can be found with a sideways inlet if the electrical outlet is not in the right place.
A standard length of cable is included in the price of Geometric Oval Full Bottom; with an overall height of 87.6cm – 287.6cm.
