This year, BROKIS celebrates twenty years since its founding while also marking an important shift in its collaboration with designer Lucie Koldova, who, after thirteen years, is stepping down from her role as the brand’s art director. The collaboration continues, however, with Lucie Koldova continuing to design new lighting collections for BROKIS.
During her tenure, Lucie Koldova has played a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity and creative direction. Her distinctive design language stands behind a number of iconic collections that have helped define the character of BROKIS and contributed to its international success. Together over the past years we have introduced dozens of collections that have shaped the brand, which today operates in more than 100 countries worldwide.

From April 2026, our collaboration will move into a new phase. Lucie Koldova will continue to focus on designing new collections for BROKIS, while the brand enters the next stage of its creative and commercial development.
We are currently working together on expanding the Starcloud collection, which will be presented during 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen. Additional joint projects are also planned in connection with this year’s Designblok in Prague.
The long-standing collaboration between BROKIS and Lucie Koldova thus continues, this time with greater space for new impulses and further development on both sides.
